In the 64 kg weight category Zdenek Chladek (Czech Republic) won Wuttichai Masuk (Thailand); Japan`s Masatsugu Kavach won Chris Jenkins (Wales) and Kazakhstan`s Daniyar Yeleussinov won Josh Taylor (Scotland). All winners progressed for 1/16 final.
