Azeri chess team to vie for world medals

Azerbaijan national men`s chess team will compete in the world championship starting in Ningbo, China, on Sunday.

The national squad includes Shahriyar Mammadyarov, Vugar Hashimov, Teymur Rajabov, Rauf Mammadov and Gadir Huseynov.

Along with Azerbaijan, the tournament will bring together teams from China, Russia, Ukraine, Israel, Hungary, India, U.S., Egypt and Armenia.
