Azerbaijani fencers perform is New-York

New-York hosted the World Cup in fencing where Azerbaijan was represented in women's tournament.

Unfortunately, the Azeri fencers couldn’t make their way up to play-off. Hence, Sevil Bunyatova ranked 67th amid 155 fencers while Sabina Mikina - 75th. Russian Sofiya Velikaya became the World Cup winner after beating American Mariel Zagunis 15:6 in the final.
