Azerbaijani freestyle wrestlers take four medals at Intercontinental Cup

Azerbaijani freestyle wrestlers have brought home four medals, including two golds from the Intercontinental Cup held in Khasavyurt, Dagestan.


Aghahuseyn Mustafayev and Aslanbek Alborov bagged gold medals for Azerbaijan in the 65kg and 97kg divisions respectively.


Other Azerbaijani wrestlers Jamaladdin Magomedov (125kg) won silver, while Said Hamidov (125kg) grabbed a bronze medal.


The tournament brought together more than 160 wrestlers from 10 countries.
