Azerbaijani sambo wrestler Emil Hasanov (68kg) has claimed silver medal at the World Championships in Sogia, Bulgaria after losing to Russian Nikita Kletskoy.


The national team was led by president of the Azerbaijan Sambo Federation Jeyhun Mammadov.


Referee Jabir Ismayilov represented Azerbaijan at the World Championship.
