Azerbaijani GM finishes third at “Paytakht Cup”

Azerbaijani grandmaster Vugar Rasulov ranked third at the “Paytakht Cup” blitz tournament held in Tehran, Iran.


Iranian grandmaster Pouria Darini won the tournament, while the second place captured by another Iranian GM Ehsan Ghaem-Maghami.


The tournament brought together 99 chess players from Azerbaijan, Iran, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, and Iraq.
