Azerbaijani judo team name squad for Rio 2016

Azerbaijani judo team have named the squad for the Rio 2016 Summer Olympics.


In 60kg weight category Orkhan Safarov will vie for the Olympic medals, while in 100kg class Elmar Gasimov will be the country’s medal hope.


The team squad also included Nijat Shikhalizade (66kg), Rustam Orujov (73kg), Mammadali Mehdiyev (90kg), and Ushangi Kokauri (+100kg).
