Bernie Ecclestone hails Azerbaijan`s joining F1 family

CEO of Formula One Management Bernie Ecclestone has hailed Azerbaijan`s becoming a member of Formula 1 family.


During his meeting with President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev in Baku, he said he was happy that Azerbaijan joined Formula 1 family.


Mr Ecclestone also hailed the preparations for Formula 1 Grand Prix of Europe in Baku. He said he was deeply impressed by development processes in the Azerbaijani capital. Bernie Ecclestone said Formula 1 Grand Prix of Europe would contribute to promoting development processes taking place in Azerbaijan in the world.
