Azerbaijani weightlifter claims European bronze

Azerbaijani weightlifter Elmar Aliyev has grabbed a bronze medal at the European Championship in Norway.


Aliyev, who competed in the 56kg weight class, secured the medal after lifting 136kg in the snatch event.


The championship brought together over 400 weightlifters from 40 countries.
