Azerbaijani Greco-Roman wrestling team rank 3rd in overall medal table of European Championship

Azerbaijani Greco-Roman wrestling team have finished 3rd in the overall medal table of the European Championship in Riga, Latvia.


Kamran Mammadov and Hasan Aliyev claimed bronze medals of the tournament.


The Azerbaijani women’s team ranked 4th in the medal table with 2 golds and bronze medals.


Azerbaijani freestyle wrestlers gained 2 silver medals and finished 5th.


The Azerbaijani wrestlers totally claimed 2 gold, 2 silver and 4 bronze medals.
