Azeri gymnasts to vie for European medals - UPDATE

Azerbaijan will compete in the 28th Rhythmic Gymnastics European Championship idue to take place in Nizhny Novgorod in June. Azerbaijan`s squad will include 11 gymnasts. The team`s leader Aliya Garayeva will compete in the Juniors Tournament with 20 strongest gymnasts of the continent.

The squad also includes Sabina Abbasova, Irada Ahadzade, Aynur Jabbarli, Aelita Khalafova, Aliya Pashayeva and Siyana Vasilyeva, Nilufar Niftaliyeva, Marina Durunda and Gulsum Sharifzade.
Azerbaijani referee Nataliya Bulanova will be among the championship`s jury.
