Azeri judo team to join int'l tournament in Astana

An international judo tournament in memory of twice Hero of the Soviet Union, mayor-general Hazi Aslanov will take place at Astara Olympic Sports Center this weekend.

The tournament will bring together judo fighters from Azerbaijan, Turkey, Russia, Georgia, Kazakhstan and Iran. The tournament is co-organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sport, Judo Federation and the Baku Central Department of Youth and Sports.
