AFFA General Secretary Elkhan Mammadov appointed a special councilor to Organizing Committee of FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup. Elkhan Mammadov is also a head of FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup Azerbaijan 2012 Local Organizing Committee.
