Draft concept to be prepared in Azerbaijan to refer work at state educational and health institutions to special form of public service

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on the preparation of draft Concept to refer the work at educational and health institutions, financed from the Public budget, to a special form of public service, the Azerbaijani President's official website reported.

The Cabinet of Ministers was instructed to prepare and submit to the President of Azerbaijan the draft Concept within three months.
