Subway planned to be opened in Ganja

The urban and external transport structure is planned to be completely remodeled and upgraded in Ganja city, chief architect of the blueprint of Ganja City’s General Plan Nazim Mahmudov said.

He informed that the use of subway is proposed in terms of the continuous development motorization.

"This proposal at first glance may seem disadvantageous, but currently the most rational urban mode of transport from an economic point of view is the subway", he added.
