Rector of Moscow State Open University's Baku Branch arrested

The Azerbaijani Interior Ministry’s Department for Combating Organized Crime arrested the rector of the Moscow State Open University's Baku Branch this week.

In addition to Mugan Salahov, Pro-Rector Ramazan Huseynov and accountant Nemat Hasanov were also detained.

The information was confirmed by the Azerbaijani Interior Ministry.
