Public officials to be brought to administrative responsibility in Azerbaijan

Public officials who do not submit registration information on civil servants will be brought to administrative responsibility in Azerbaijan. In this regard, Article 348.5 was added to the Code of Administrative Violations, the Civil Service Commission under the Azerbaijani president reported.

A public official will pay a fine ranging from 300 to 700 manat in case of late, incomplete and incorrect submission of the information on civil servants by the relevant bodies.
