Quake hits Azerbaijan

An earthquake took place 20 km south-east of Sumgait city of Azerbaijan on January 28. The earthquake was recorded at 05:06 local time, the Azerbaijani National Academy of Sciences' (ANAS) Seismological Service reported.

The 3.00 point-earthquake took place at a depth of 58 kilometers. The earthquake has not been felt.
