Azerbaijan purchases training simulators and weapons from Russia for sniper training

Azerbaijan purchased training simulators and weapons from Russia for training of snipers, Chairman of Voluntary Military Patriotism Technical Sport Society Novruzali Orujov said.

To him, this type of training has already been brought to Azerbaijan and will be established at administrative building of VMPTSS’s Headquarters in Baku: “Sniper courses will be held under our society. SVD-7 Sniper and Kalashnikov will be used in shootings. Assessment of shooting will be conducted in e-form”.

General Orujov also added that, at first, sniper courses will be held in Baku. The purpose of these courses is to prepare sharpshooters for Armed Forces.
