Development of educational relations between Azerbaijan and Korea discussed

Azerbaijan`s Education Minister Misir Mardanov met Korean ambassador to country Lee Chi-han and project manager of Human Resources Development Service of Korea, Jeong Jai Mun on Wednesday.

Mardanov underlined importance of relations between Azerbaijan and Korea, especially in education sector. He said that more than 25 students study in Korean universities in the frame of the “State program on education of Azerbaijan youth abroad for 2007-2015”.

Korean Ambassador stressed the fruitful relations in education sector between Azerbaijan and Korea. He said the researches of delegation on creating Vocational Training Center in Azerbaijan will be continued till the end of January. As a part of researches a presentation will be held in Education Ministry of Azerbaijan.

Jeong Jai Mun briefed him on planned projects.

Expansion of educational relations was also discussed at the meeting.
