Rector of Baku Music Academy Farhad Badalbeyli to join meeting in Astana

Rector of the Baku Music Academy Farhad Badalbeyli was invited to take part in the meeting of the rectors of conservatories of CIS member states.

Slated for January 21-22 in Astana, Kazakhstan, the meeting is organized by CIS Interstate Fund on Humanitarian Cooperation.
