Man kills his wife in Azerbaijan

A man killed his wife in Bakikhanov district of Baku, police office said.
The incident took place on January 3 near the local cemetery in Bakikhanov district. Resident of Bulbul settlement Dahil Sharifov inflicted numerous knife wounds to his wife Safile Gulverdiyeva because of jealousy. Sharifov then surrendered to police. Police launched criminal investigation on the fact.
