Azerbaijan's Ministry of Emergency Situations delegation holds meetings in Russia

On December 27, for the purpose of participation in events dedicated to 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defense, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters, the delegation of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan, under the leadership of MES Minister Colonel-General Kamaladdin Heydarov, paid visit to Russian Federation by the invitation of the Russian Ministry of Emergencies Sergey Shoygu.

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, Russia’s high-ranking officials, as well as some the heads of the relevant government entities of foreign countries participated in the solemn event

During the bilateral meetings, held within the events, the parties discussed the issues of mutual interests, development of the relations between the relevant government agencies, and the prospects of future cooperation.
