Kazakhstan detains Azerbaijani citizen wanted by police

An Azerbaijani citizen wanted by police was detained in Kazakhstan.
Elmikhan Tagiyev, who was charged with Article 181 (robbery) and 228 (illegal purchase, transfer, selling, storage, transportation and carrying of fire-arms, accessories to it, supplies, explosives) and wanted by police, was detained as a result of search operations conducted by the Shamkir Region Police Department, the Azerbaijani Interior Ministry told Trend. Tagiyev was arrested in Kazakhstan and extradited to Azerbaijan.
