Flights from Baku to Domodedovo Airport resumed

On December 26, several flights from Baku to Moscow Domodedovo Airport were postponed due to power supply related problems.

According to Heydar Aliyev Airport, problem in supply of electric power, strong raining and icing of airstrip up have stopped the operation of airport:

"The reason for the why the flights had to be postponed was related to the airport power supply. All the problems have been fixed, and AZAL's postponed Baku-Moscow flight went off fine."

The airport also says that the flight from Baku to the same airport o Moscow will be realized today at 10:40 (by AZAL), at 15:40 (by Uralskiye Avialinii) and at 20:30 (by AZAL): “Moscow’s Sheremetyevo airport has also been facing the same problem. If any plane departs from Sheremetyevo airport to Baku, the suspended flight from Baku will be realized at 16:20, today”.
