The S7 (a trademark of Siberia Airlines) flight from the Moscow's Domodedovo airport to Baku have been delayed till Monday morning, told Trend from the Heydar Aliyev International Airport.
"The delay is caused by bad weather conditions at the departure point. Also the implementations of the flights from Baku to Moscow have been delayed due to the same reasons", told from the Airport.
The flight from Baku to Moscow's Sheremetyevo airport which should depart from Baku at 06:45 on Monday had also been delayed. More than 100 flights were cancelled at Domodedovo airport, Russia's busiest, after two electricity substations were knocked out.
The power cut affected about 140,000 people in the region, emergency officials said.
A spokesman for Rosaviatsia said power has not yet been fully restored but that the airport is "partially operational."
Further snowfalls in Moscow caused serious problems for motorists, as officials warn people against going outside, RIA Novosti reported.
Moscow's other two main airports, Sheremetyevo and Vnukovo, are operating normally, although several Air France flights in and out of Sheremetyevo have been cancelled or delayed due to a shortage of de-icing fluid.
Services at Moscow's Domodedovo airport are expected to return to normal within the next two hours following a major power cut caused by snow and freezing temperatures, emergency officials said on Sunday.
