Law-enforcement bodies in Azerbaijan to be given right to fight against piracy

The draft law on Intellectual Property drafted in Azerbaijani parliament will allow to prevent the piracy, Chief of Microsoft Azerbaijan Company Teymur Akhundov told APA.

According to him, the law-enforcement bodies of the country will be given right t struggle against the piracy. Note that, according to legislation, the company engaging in piracy can be sued by only the company which the rights were violated.
