Baku man cuts his wife's throat

Murder has been committed in Binagadi district of Baku, Binagadi District Prosecutor's Office said. The incident was recorded yesterday. District resident, Elvin Rasulov, 29, cut his wife's throat. She died immediately.

Rasulov has reportedly been detained. Criminal case has been launched on the fact. Investigation is underway.
