Azerbaijani Emergency Situations Ministry conducts large-scale tactical exercises - UPDATE - PHOTOS

The Azerbaijani Emergency Situations Ministry's units are conducting exercises on the elimination of consequences of various disasters with the use of helicopters, boats and other rescue equipments in the coastal area of the Baku's Shikhov settlement.

The Azerbaijani Emergency Situations Kamaladdin Heydarov, Defense Minister Safar Abiyev, Health Minister Ogtay Shiraliyev, State Border Service Chief Elchin Guliyev, Turkish Deputy Prime Minister, State Minister Camil Cicek, Russia and Turkey's ambassadors to Azerbaijan, Vladimir Dorokhin and Hulusi Kilic are observing the exercises.

Today the Azerbaijani Emergency Situations Ministry marks the fifth anniversary of its establishment.
