Azerbaijan controls quality of grain and flour

The Azerbaijani Economic Development Ministry's State Service for Antimonopoly Policy and Consumer Protection conducted a laboratory analysis of the wheat grain and flour available in storage at large manufacturers.

According to the ministry, samples were taken for laboratory analysis to ensure state control over cereal product quality and safety. As a result of the laboratory studies, it was determined that the flour and grain are compliant with the quality and safety regulatory and technical documents.
