Fatal pedestrian accident on Alat-Astara highway in Azerbaijan

A fatal pedestrian accident has occurred in Bilasuvar region in 107-km section of the Alat-Astara highway. Mercedes car driven by Jalilabad resident Shakir Bunyadov knocked down a pedestrian who was crossing the road. The pedestrian died on the spot.

The unidentified body of the victim has been sent for forensic examination. A criminal case has been launched.
