New base opened for Ministry of Emergency Situations' Special Risk Rescue Service

The Minister of Emergency Situations, colonel-general Kamaladdin Heydarov attended the opening ceremony as well. The Minister cut the red ribbon and got acquainted with headquarters of the base, conditions created for rescuers. Afterwards, Heydarov took a look at classes of alpinist preparation, fire tactics, medical preparation, diver preparation, reviewed hostel, dining-room, technique park entering the base’s complex.

The minister was informed that all conditions had been created for service of rescuers and the base had been provided with necessary techniques and equipments. Then Heydarov watched divers’ training at the base.
