Nizami police detains killer driver in Azerbaijani capital

A driver who hit a pedestrian to death in Baku has been detained in Nizami District of Baku, Baku Central Police Office said. On December 8, officers of the 23rd police department of Nizami District detained Farid Balakishiyev, who hit Baku resident Rafael Ismiyev to death with his “Toyota Prado”. He escaped the scene right after the incident. An investigation has been launched.
