Seminar on human resources management held in Baku

A commission on public service under Azerbaijan President jointly with SIGMA international organization held a seminar on human resources management. SIGMA chief administrator Volfgang Rusch told of aims and activity of the organization. He praised cooperation between the commission and SIGMA on implementation of the joint projects.

The seminar participants heard presentations on control of staff in the public services, public service from the point of view of the European prospects and others.
