Son kills his mother in Baku, gouges her eyes out

A man, who brutally killed his own mother, has been arrested in Azerbaijani capital, according to the Binagadi police office. However, it was impossible to take a statement from the murderer (Emin Shahbalayev), because of his mental problems.

Reportedly, 26-year old Shahbalayev decapitated his mother, Nuriya Bilalova. After the kill, he gouged her eyes out, and vanished. A criminal case was launched on the incident, investigation is underway.
