Early December to be rainy in Azerbaijan

It will rain in early December in Azerbaijan, Azerbaijani Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry National Hydrometeorological Department chief engineer Imran Mammadov told Trend.

He said that it will rain in Azerbaijan for several days from Dec. 2. According to the forecast, the weather will not be frosty.

According to the European meteorologists, Europe will face with the frostiest winter this year compared to the last 1,000 years.
