Driven to kill: a 13-year-old boy falls dead to the unknown driver in Azerbaijan

A fatal road accident has occurred on Shahagaji-Shiyakaran rural road in southern Astara region of Azerbaijan today. Villager Alizaman Agayev, 13, was hit by an unknown driver while riding on a bicycle on a rural road. Agayev died on the spot. The driver escaped the scene. A criminal case has been filed.
