Azerbaijan suggests RCU to review roaming tariffs among member states

Azerbaijan has suggested Regional Communication Union to review the roaming tariffs among the member-states at RCU's meeting in Baku. The spokesman of Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies Rashad Nabiyev said the roaming tariffs in EU are not more than 43 cents for a minute.

According to him, the initial works on this have been already started in CIS: “Russian and Kazakh regulatory agencies started to prevent to review the roaming tariffs and unity of operators”.

He says that, this problem have been discussed at the meeting of CIS Council of Heads of Government in Saint-Petersburg.
