23-year-old hits fellow villager with Toyota Prado in Balakan

A fatal pedestrian accident occurred in Katekh village in north-western Balakan region of Azerbaijan on Thursday. Katekh villager Isgandar Piriyev, 23, hit his fellow villager Intigam Khushanov, 20, with his Toyota Prado, Interior Ministry’s press office reported. Khushanov died in hospital from injuries. An investigation has been launched.
