Azerbaijan is no longer subject to FATF's monitoring process

Chief of the State Committee on Securities Rufat Aslanly attended a plenary session of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Financial Action Task Force (FATF).

The FATF mission's report on Azerbaijan was high on the agenda of the session. The session participants decided that Azerbaijan is no longer subject to FATF’s monitoring process under its ongoing global AML/CFT compliance process.
