Conference on intangible heritage underway in Ganja

An international scientific conference “safeguarding and popularization of intangible heritage in Organization of Islamic Conference member countries” organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism commenced here Thursday.

The conference brought together representatives from Syria, UAE, Turkey, Egypt, Bahrain, Malaysia, Jordan, Bangladesh, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, ISESCO, tourism companies, Azerbaijan Tourism Institute and Latif Karimov Azebraijan Carpet and Folk Applied Art State Museum.

The two-day conference will feature excursions to Ganja`s material and cultural monuments.
