Central part of Baku to be reconstructed

Azerbaijan State Project Institute develops project on reconstruction of Beshmertebe central part of Baku, chief of department of information of the State Committee of Town-Building and Architecture of Azerbaijan Jahangir Gojayev informed.

According to him the project is expected to be completed and approved by the end of this year: “After this an investor will be selected to realize the project.”

He also noted that construction of 5-7 floor buildings and reconstruction of are covering from the behind of Azerbaijani State Academic National Drama Theatre to Sovetsky settlement. It’s not determined the starting time of the project however.
