EU allots over 1 million euros for educational projects in Azerbaijan

This year the European Union has pledged ˆ 1,700 million to Azerbaijan, Georgia and Armenia, the Azerbaijani Parliament`s Foreign Relations Committee chair Samad Seyidov said. The money will be allotted for the promotion of educational and scientific projects.

1,100 million euros were provided for the improvement of Azerbaijan's educational sphere, which makes the approach to the European and World educational systems, according to Seyidov.
