Azerbaijani Eye Disease Institute holds charity event in region on initiative of Heydar Aliyev Foundation

A team of medical professionals at the Zafira Aliyev Eye Disease Institute has held a charity event in the Dashkasan region upon the initiative of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, AzerTac state news agency reported.

The highly skilled doctors, who have been trained in various countries, examined about 80 patients during the day. Sixty were seniors and 20 were teens. The doctors operated on four patients using modern equipment brought from Baku, while 20 people received referrals for treatment and operations in the capital. The patients thanked the doctors and the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
