Azerbaijani Emergency Situations Ministry saved a sailor from Russian vessel

The Azerbaijani Emergency Situations Ministry evacuated a sailor with heart failure from the Russian cargo ship Orion-5 sailing from the Iranian port of Anzali to Astrakhan, the Azerbaijani State Marine Administration reported.

The Administration received the signal about the situation on the ship at 12:00 (Baku time) on Sept.29. A team of doctors, who were involved in the rescue operation, prepared Alexander Kharchenko for the safe evacuation by helicopter.
