Azerbaijan will not be fined for not attending NATO exercises Armenia 2010

Azerbaijan will not be fined for refusing to attend NATO exercises Armenia 2010 on the elimination of the consequences of the natural disasters, NATO Secretary General’s Special Representative for the South Caucasus and Central Asia Robert Simmons said at the press conference in Yerevan.

He said according to NATO’s principle, if a partner wants to attend the exercises, it attends them and it can not be excluded from this process.
