49 new schools built in Azerbaijan this year

A total of 49 schools designed for 17,434 pupils and additional facilities to 10 existing schools designed for 1,418 students have been built in Azerbaijan this year. According to the Education Ministry, seven schools of general education, two lyceums, three day nurseries, 356 schools, 9 vocational schools, 52 kindergartens and 5 pre-school institutions have undergone repairs this year. Construction of 25 new schools designed for 6,980 pupils was launched.
