Azerbaijani scientist attends international conference in Aktau

The event brought together scientists and specialists from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, the United States, Uzbekistan and other countries.

Official of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences Safar Ashurov made a report at the event.
The event participants also held discussions on restoration and protection of monuments.

They also put forward a proposal on establishment of a sub-regional Center for Scientific Studies on historical and cultural heritage.
