Patriarch of Alexandria and All Africa meets with Azerbaijani Prime Minister

Patriarch Theodoros II of Alexandria and All Africa met with Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Arthur Rasizadeh within his tour of the Caucasus. The Patriarch informed the Azerbaijani Prime Minister about the history of Church of Alexandria and its missionary outreach, charity, educational and social activity in the African countries.

The sides exchanged opinions about the peaceful relations between Muslims and Christians in the countries of the Patriarchate and Azerbaijan as well. Theodoros II invited Arthur Rasizadeh to visit the Patriarchate. The sides passed congratulations and gifts on the occasion of Holy Ramadan.
