Caucasus Muslims Office chief to attend CIS Inter-Religions Council Presidium in Moscow

Co-chairman of the CIS Inter-Religions Council Sheikh-al-Islam Allahshukur Pashazadeh will attend the meeting, press service of the Caucasian Muslims Office told APA.

Sheikh-al-Islam Haji Allahshukur Pashazadeh will address the Moscow and All-Russian Patriarch Cyril on the issue related to return of Azerbaijani ensign Mubariz Ibrahimov’s body.

Ensign of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces Mubariz Ibrahimov fell heroically repulsing the attack of Armenians on June 18, 2010. He killed 4 Armenian soldiers, and wounded 4 more, before being taken down. 22-year old ensign’s body was taken by Armenians away and has not been returned yet.
